How to set number range from 0 to 100 in Excel?

As when doing IF (45 = some number from the range from 0 to 100; true; false)

I can’t find how to select a range (not cells).

Or tell me in a different way.

Be clearer. A number cannot equal a range of numbers. The number can equal a random number from the range. Accordingly, you need to look for a formula, and it is easy to google .

=IF(AND(45>=0, 45<=100),true,false )
