How to set mask in error_reporting?

Can you please tell me how to set the mask in error_reporting?
For example, such a mask means the following:
error_reporting = 6135 (E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE)
And what will be the mask for error_reporting if you need to exclude E_NOTICE and E_WARNING?
