How to set LiveReload delay in SublimeText3?

During layout, compilation of preprocessors occurs (essentially) with a delay, and therefore, when using the LiveReload plugin, changes are visible only after a second reboot.
Googled adding "SimpleRefreshDelay" to the plugin settings, but somehow it doesn't work yet.
I would be grateful if you could help with advice - it's very annoying to update twice (yes, I'm lazy).
