How to set ipv6 address, subnet prefix length and default gateway in windows server 2012 r2 using cmd?

Good day!
There is a vdska on windows server 2012, 2 ipv6 addresses were bought for it in the personal account. I can switch between them using the windows GUI like this: network and sharing center -> change adapter settings -> adapter properties -> ipv6 internet protocol -> properties -> use the following ipv6 address -> specify ipv6 address, length subnet prefix and default gateway.
How can I set the ipv6 address, subnet prefix length, and default gateway using the command line?
I could not find a working method on the Internet.
If it's not difficult, give the command explicitly, for example, for ip 2a0d:8480::8a3 , prefix length 48, and gateway 2a0d:8480::1. In the Change Adapter Settings window, the icon is named Ethernet .
Thanks in advance to all who respond!
PS It is important not to add a new ip, but to replace it!
