How to set in group policy for nt service\all services login as a service?
I installed AD RMS and the windows internal database does not start, on the Internet it is advised to set permission to enter as a service in the GPU for NT SERVICE \ ALL SERVICES, but I can’t find such a group, if I just write without checking, there’s no sense.
Judging by the fact that no one else on the Internet suffers from such a problem except me, the question is apparently stupid, but I can’t find the answer on my own.

I didn’t quite understand what this is about and why you need it, but logging in as a service is here
Group Policy Management Editor -> Computer Configuration -> Policies -> Windows Configuration -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment -> Log on as a Service
Start/Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy -> Local Policies -> User Rights Assignment -> Login as a Service
