How to set image to entire windows form?

In general, you need to set the image to the entire form. Something similar to the new design of Yandex.Browser. For those who haven't seen it, the screenshots are here . How can I do that?

If you need the image to fit under the title, you will have to use WindowChrome , although the thing is quite buggy.
