How to set guides exactly by coordinates in illustrator?

I just can’t figure out how exactly to set the guide pixel by pixel? Let's say I know that I need to put a vertical guide at the 113th pixel in X, how do I see which pixel the guide is currently on? Only dY and dX are shown, but delta is not interesting to me, I need exact coordinates.

Window->Transform
Guides can be selected and sized, rotated and coordinated just like any other object. But make sure they are unlocked (ctrl+alt+;)

And if you hold down the shift-ohm, what would be the binding to the rulers?

Just select the guide and enter x: 113 into the transformation panel and that's it.
The guides in the chandelier are very convenient:
- you can even turn objects into guides
- you can set exact coordinates in the transformation panel (you can even write arithmetic expressions like 300 + 59 there)
- you can turn and twist them ..
in general, good guides.
In PS CC 2017, they also made cool guides. Separate for artboards and canvases. Moreover, you can immediately build the same columns on all artboards, regardless of their size. Very handy when designing responsive layouts
