How to set goals for category and product pages in GA?

Good afternoon!
I want to set up a sales funnel in GA for a website.
There are many guides on the net, but everywhere they use simple cases where the category URL contains the word "category", for example, and the product - "product".
What if I have CNC configured and one category is called "/goods_internet_magazina_nomer_odin" and the other category is "/kategoriya_raznyh_veshey"? What in this case to indicate that GA understood that these are different URLs for a group of categories?
Online store built on opencart if that matters

You have the wrong idea about the sales funnel itself.
This is not Home - Catalog - Category - Product card - ...
A Site visitor - Placed an order / application - Confirmed - Bought.
Otherwise, how will you take into account those who went from the search directly to the product card and made an order?
