How to set En in illustrator?

Does anyone know how to change the interface language in Ai 2017 on macOS ?
A method similar to PS - did not work, there is no folder: ru_Ru/Supp.files and file: tw10428.dat...

Reinstall by selecting the English version when installing. Or open the painter.ini file in the program folder, through a text editor, in administrator mode. And in the 12th line, replace ru_RU with en_US, then save the changes and restart the program.
