How to set audio effects to record through microphone in Chrome?

There is a site that records my audio. Chrome takes the audio through Adobe Flash Player (first asking if I agree - "Allow *** to access your camera and microphone?") and starts recording. So, I need to put light audio effects, or, more precisely, modify the tonality - in a word, primitive effects. How can this be implemented? (Can I put some kind of driver on the audio card in order to modify the sound as needed by default?)
