How to set a range of several hours for systemd.timer to work?

I'm trying to create a timer for systemd ( centos7 ) that runs from 4 am to 4 pm every 15 minutes.
When the timer starts, I get the error Unit is not loaded properly: Invalid argument.
Syntax from documentation man7.org/linux/man-pages/man7/systemd.time.7.html
*-*-* 04..16:0/15:00
*-*-* 04..16:0/15
*-*-* 04..16:0,15,30,45:00
If hours are specified by enumeration, 4,5,6,7, etc. , everything works if the range does not start.
Maybe the range syntax is different from the documentation?
