How to set a delay before sending files via ftp?

Good afternoon.
I am working with gulp and webpack in a project.
I set the option for deployment to always.

When I change the code in scss, and move the focus to another window so that autosave works, then only the scss file that has been changed is sent to the server.
When again I take away the focus from the editor for the second time, only then is the compiled file uploaded to the hosting.

And you constantly have to focus 2 times to upload files.

Can I somehow solve this problem?

Solved a problem.
I contacted the developers from phpstorm, they suggested that you need to run gulp from the editor itself, and not from the terminal.
