How to set a connection limit from one IP through iptables, for ports 10000-50000?

How to set a connection limit from one IP through iptabels, for ports 10000-50000?
For one port, I know that - iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --syn --dport PORT -m connlimit --connlimit-above 3 -j REJECT
but how about for half of the ports at once?
