How to set 2 foreign keys in 1 table?

In general, after creating an ER diagram, you need to file foreign keys on it in the designer on openserver hphmyadmin. However, I can't create 2 relationships in 1 table, what's wrong?

PS do not look at the keys in the attributes, out of desperation I am already trying to somehow achieve the result, so I assign it to "maybe" I
did it based on this diagram.

There are many options .. for example, here:
1) In Wholesale_purchase, the key is composite on the upper scheme (Wholesale_purchase_code + Product_code)?
2) Are there spaces in the names of tables and fields?
3) It is better not to use the Russian language) there may be troubles + you can get tired then change the layout)
