How to send UDP multicast from one network to another?

Gentlemen, there is some misunderstanding of how best to organize the transfer of UDP Multicast stream from one network to another.
The stream server, due to restrictions, can only transmit RTSP - which is not suitable for the receiving side, and UDP Multicast.
There are two mikrotik routers, one is a stream server, the other is a stream client.
The stream server broadcasts to the group 225.0.0.1, you need to receive this stream on another device on a different network.
I found a bunch of manuals for setting up an IPTV provider, but this doesn’t fit my situation a bit.
Prompt as it is better to transfer such stream to the accepting party. What tunnel protocol to use?
I'll attach a diagram.
