How to send SMS from your phone with text from a remote database?

I want to make an SMS mailing program on my Android (no more than 10 per day) to my clients, with congratulations on their birthdays or other significant events. Data about the name, date of sending, text of congratulations, etc. I want to take from an external database, without using contacts, so as not to litter the latter. It is necessary that my phone number be indicated in the SMS from the sender.
It would also be nice to tie the database to the response SMS. Answered - prescribing in the database that the client's phone number is up-to-date.
Tell me who can already set a similar goal? Or at least in general how can it be implemented? Where to dig?

Ok, is it possible to indicate my phone number as the sender in the message, even if the SIM card in the modem is different? I don’t want to put my SIM card into the modem, but I want my contact number in the message to come. Roughly speaking, my SIM card both stood and stands in the phone, and through the GSM modem messages are emulated as if they are coming from my phone .. with the same sender number.
