How to send posts to all blogs at the same time?

There are 5 sites, all on wordpress. At some points, you have to upload the same material to different sites. Is there any solution: I upload it to one site, and I prescribe the settings in another site so that it monitors the main site for news in a certain category and uploads text and pictures.

The only point everywhere is the ACF plugin to use these fill fields ? I would pay for such a solution.

You can add a function to the publication hook, which will send a post to other sites using the WP REST API.
Well, or if it is optional, then you can run the function if any meta field of the publication is marked with a bird.
