How to send photo to telegram bot api?

I use this library to work with telegram bot api - https://github.com/HetIsNiels/TelegramWrapper , everything is fine, except that if I use the sendPhoto($caller->getChat()->id, $img_name, ' test');
($img_name is the full path to the image on the server), nothing happens, neither the image nor the message is sent
