How to send only certain requests through Tor?

There is a raspberry on which a chic Pi-hole stands, caches DNS, blocks ads, put Tor there, but I just can’t figure out how to make it not redirect all traffic through itself, but only to certain sites from the list. Not that big list that we all know about, but quite decent ones. Imagine, nextcloud.com, for example, or openhab.org does not open from the MGTS network ... I understand that it is easier to go through the tor browser, but some software cannot be updated and receive data due to the fact that someone broke the Internet floor. .. I'm not a specialist at all, rather an interested amateur, I would like an understandable guide ...

You can raise 3proxy with transparent plugin
https://3proxy.ru/plugins/TransparentPlugin/
redirect traffic to 3proxy port, set socks5+ tor as parent.
