Good day to all!
There is a task to send information from the site on the order to the icq manager. Those. a person selects a product (implemented) / orders a callback through the feedback form and after pressing the send button - the manager receives a message in ICQ in the office (this channel is still actively used!), and accordingly the manager can "instantly" see the request from the client .
So the question is to find an implementation, there are various clients, but there is not an unambiguous opinion about them ... maybe someone has encountered similar tasks in practice and can advise something?
