How to send messages from array one by one on clicking react.

For example, there is an array
[1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10...]

I enter a command (for example /go) and the first value from the array appears (number 1)
After This message shows a reaction. After clicking on the reaction, the second number from the array appears (number 2) and the reaction appears on it again and if you click on it ... (and so on).
