Hello.
Without writing code, such a mailing can be organized based on Google Groups
In the Admin Console, create a Group (it will have its own address based on your domain), add a list of addresses to the Group (you can synchronize the addition with the Table), and simply send your advertising bouquet to Group address (everyone who is a member of the Group will receive your letter) - https://support.google.com/groups/answer/2464926?hl=en
Recipients will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from your mailing list.
Also, it is highly desirable to additionally configure SPF and DKIM for the domain - https://support.google.com/a/answer/33786?hl=en

Thank you.
There are two fundamentally different options.
Option one. Recipients know you and are interested in this topic. Then they will not click on the spam button and it is much more convenient to use some kind of mailing service. As an option, when the database is large, and small and periodic mailings are needed, you can use the free SendinBlue tariff - they have no restrictions on the size of the subscriber base, and you can send up to 300 letters per day on a free tariff.
Option two. Subscribers do not know you and will click on your emails that it is spam. In this case, mailing services will instantly block you, if they let you through at all, and mailing with G Suite will quickly worsen the reputation of your domain to the point where all your letters will end up in spam, and if you specify a specific site, then not only all letters from your domain, but in general all letters from any mail with this link.
