How to send large files using telegram bot on node.js?

I can't find any example that answers my questions about the process. I found out that you need to send files to the bot, and then send them to the destination by file_id. I roughly figured out sending by file_id, but the question remains how to upload the file to the bot in order to get the file_id later.
