How to send events from Windows Server 2008 to a remote server (syslog)?

It is required to collect logs of RDP connections to the Windows Server 2008 terminal server (who, when, from where) and send them to a remote rsyslog server.

Windows itself doesn't seem to be able to do that. Additional software is needed, such as: kiwi syslog server, Event Log Forwarder for Windows
