How to send error log by email?

I have a web application that only handles http requests.
If during some request a WARNING and higher level entry is placed in the log, then the entire log of this particular request must be sent by e-mail.
Let's leave the question of sending itself - it's not so important. More interesting is what popular loggers will be able to offer to solve this problem.
Can this be done using popular loggers?
