I have such a question, gentlemen, I am writing a site on servlets, and I ran into such a problem, sending letters to the mail. When a user buys a product, he receives a letter from the site in the mail, like thank you come again, and everything is clear how it is sent, since I know what password from the mail from which the letter will be sent to the buyer !! But for example, when a user needs help and he wants to write in support of the site, then I, as a developer, do not know the password from his mailbox, that is, the situation is similar to the other way around, please tell me if there are any ways out of this situation? There are several solutions:
1. Feedback form on the site
2. Chat inside the user's personal account
3. Email address to which you need to write questions
4. Write a service that checks the user's mailbox and decides what to do with incoming letters, send everything from this user letters. For example, you can create a task in CRM for each incoming letter.
