How to send data from database to mobile application?

There is a site on rails 5 in which authorization is made through devise, when developing a mobile application, the question arose of how to send data from the database to the mobile application, as I understand it, I need to send a login with a password to gain access to the admin section, since the necessary data is available only in it.
