How to send audio to a conversation through a bot?

I created a bot on node.js (vk-io library), because a beginner can't figure out how to work with audio. I figured out how to convert an audio file to gs and send it to the bot, but again, the bot sends gs only if you communicate with him in a PM, he does not send a conversation when calling the gs command. I wanted to try to make the bot send audio to the conversation, but I didn’t understand how to do it, please help >_
