How to send and receive mail using your own domain?

Hello dear members!
I call on the collective mind :)
I decided to set up mailing (sending) and receiving mail using my own domain.
Interested in sending transactional emails (registration confirmation, password reminder, etc.) automatically. Another task is to receive feedback from customers and respond to it (similarly, using mail on your own domain).
I don’t really want to raise this whole thing on my own server, because. maximum deliverability is important, and you will have to deal with spam on your own. Therefore, I decided to look towards third-party services (Mandrill, Mailgun, Mailjet etc.). As far as I understand, in this case, you need to use a specific bundle of services; one for sending these same transactional emails (using SMTP or the service API), the other for receiving emails from clients and responding to them manually.
So far, I have looked at the Mandrill + Google Apps option for myself. If this can be done using any one service, I will once again recommend it. In general, your opinion and advice is of interest, because. This is the first time I'm facing this kind of issue.
Thanks in advance!
