How to send a whole folder with subdirectories to html to pandoc at once for conversion to markdown (I also want a folder with the same structure at the output)?

There is a folder with html pages generated by the autodocumentation tool (doxygen) . I would like to have the same thing, but in markdown markup, doxygen does not know how.
I installed pandoc, but it seems that only the file to file can be corrected there, but I want the folder to folder right away, and taking into account the possible nesting of other folders. Maybe someone worked, knows if it is possible to do this or not at all? Or at least throw at the documentation, where this topic is revealed. There is no such thing in the official documentation.
If anyone knows a better/easier way, I'd be happy to hear from you!
