How to send a scheduler campaign using the "Processes" module in SuiteCRM?

Hello dear experts!
Your help is required on the following question - how to set up a scheduler mailing list? Distribution to the list of users according to the schedule. I do the following:
1) Administration-> scheduler-> create-> task: Run Email Reminders Sendin, Additional parameters: yes, Activity-yes, Frequency, start- everything is filled.
2)Process -> Create-> Controlled module: Scheduler, Run: Scheduler only, Status: Active, Run for:All entries. Actions-> Select an action: Send E-mail, To: I specify a test E-mail. I save everything. The scheduler on the server is configured. Letters are not sent. I didn't set shipping conditions.
If using this description it is impossible to send out mailings, then tell me, please, how can I send out mailings in another way? I will be very grateful. Glad for any help :)
