How to send a PUSH notification to a user of a mobile application through the API in Bitrix24?

Tell me how to send a notification to the user using the REST API so that it comes in the form of a PUSH notification to the phone in the mobile application. Now I use the im.notify method, but its use does not create PUSH in the mobile application.
