I am writing a Telegram Bot for my own purposes, with unique functionality exclusively for myself. There was a need to send PUSH notifications to your IOS device (it's a little inconvenient to work with notifications of the telegram itself, so I would like separate ones). I don’t have my own application, I started digging and didn’t find anything worthwhile. In general, two questions: 1) Is it possible to send a notification (to one device) without creating a custom application? 2) Is there any software in the App-Store where you can send a notification by sending a POST / GET request?

Upd: Notification will contain regular short text

It seems that IFTTT can
