How to send a product set from the product page to the cart?

Good afternoon.
There is a task to have additional checkboxes on the product page that add more positions to this product.
My thoughts are that I will have to redo the sending to the basket instead of one product, several positions at once.
Maybe someone came across, was someone like that? Please direct me in the right direction so as not to poke in the wrong direction.
