How to send a PDF file to an android phone using a script?

Hello.
I generate a PDF file with a script, after generation it is required to send it to a certain (preferably, but not necessary) folder on the phone. I heard about gcm (fcm), but I don't know JAVA to write a client. Perhaps there are some solutions on this issue?

I don’t know until the end of your task, but maybe pushbulet api will suit you ?
I have been using Pushbullet for a long time to send files, links and text between PC and phone.
