How to send a notification in zabbix to an arbitrary email?

Tell me, is it possible to send email notifications to arbitrary mailboxes? Now I can only create Actions that can send letters to the mailboxes of users registered in zabbix when a trigger fires. I would like to send notifications to an arbitrary list of mailboxes, including personal and work.

Is it the right decision to create a technical account (not personalized) and add a list of emails to it to set up mailing through it?
