How to send a "New order" letter to me and the client?

This is how the letter is sent to the client. These are the statuses "in processing" and "on hold". A new order is created with one of these statuses, depending on the selected payment method. And the letter "Receipt of your order" is sent. These things are taken for granted and are configured by default.

. Check whether the letters to the buyer are included. There are no special settings except for the theme and title. And only a tick "include" Order form you did not customize any plug-ins or manually? Maybe you changed the mail field to your own. Does hosting generally allow sending emails from the site? often on free hosting the function is not available. Look at the mail specified in the hosting admin panel for reports of undelivered letters.

about the letter, look in your text it says - your order is on hold. Doesn't it mean that this is in the case of payment not by cash on delivery, but by some of the online payment methods?
I wrote above that my payment method was cash on delivery when placing this order, now I’ll try to make an electronic payment via paypal, or a letter will probably come if I transfer the order to the status on hold, but on the other hand it would not be logical, there the text is written that nothing will be sent until payment is received, and in the case of cash on delivery, this is an absurd situation.

I decided to try to send a second notification , I
chose the order in processing
after that the letter arrived.

the problem was solved by installing the WP-SMTP-MAIL-CONFIG plugin, the
details were correctly specified in it. A parallel plus from such a setting is that mail servers perceive such letters well and never send them to spam.
