Using the telegram bot, @myidbot forwarded a message from his telegram chat and received

The chat ID of the forwarded message is: -1001550***136

I send a hello message to the bot that I created previously and specified the bot token and chat id 550***13
Naturally, the bot had no dialogue with the chat before.

The bot cannot be the first to send messages to users, start a dialogue with it first with the /start command
