How to send a manually generated sip request via asterisk?

To de-register an outbound trunk, you need to send specific sip requests. There is a configured asterisk. I realized that I need to send INVITE with expiration=0
I read RFC3261, there seems to be nothing complicated. However, it is not clear what tags to search for sending sip requests manually? Please tell me, I really want to advance in this direction, but I can not find mana.
Of course, there is another way - changing the configs according to the script, followed by a reload. To do this, you will need to write a parser, as I understand it. If the asterisk has a function to dynamically change its configuration files (ie, using the built-in parser), please tell me.

Well, why not curl from the script?

Asterisk DOES NOT have the ability to change the configuration on the fly, but it IS possible to generate the configuration with a script while (re)loading specific configuration files. So it’s really possible to do reload at the right time, and generate the actual configuration, for example, with a script.
