How to send a job with php mailer?

I was sent a test task in which I need to make sure that the feedback form, in which a person leaves his phone number and name for further communication with him, works through php mailer. There are two lines in the code where you need to enter the mailbox and the password from the mailbox, and I have a question - when sending the task, should I send the employer the mail data and the password from some fake mailbox, purely for verification, or should these columns be left empty? Or in some other way?
