How to send a file by link in nodejs-express?

Hello, it is necessary to make sure that the link, for example, /getXlsx, does not open the page, but downloads the file. The file is collected on the server by the node-xlsx library, but I don’t understand how to push it into res.send() so that it gives it as a file. How should I do it?
