How to send a call from intercom ip panel to SMART TV?

Greetings!
We were given the following task: to install a video intercom. But not just to put, but so that all calls come to the currently turned on TVs with SMART TV, of which there are about seven in the house.
I read on the Internet that there are some ip intercoms, but I have never dealt with them.
All TVs are in a common network, connected via Wi-Fi.
Maybe someone already collected a similar scheme? Google just gives out some kind of game with converters for coax.
Please tell me, otherwise I don’t want to offer the client an intercom with a call to his android / ios device.

I’m not very up to date, but I think it’s all about the lack of a special mode on SMART TV for constantly listening to an alarm signal, so that on a signal it switches itself to a local stream stream .. Or, of course, completely oak, when you call the door, from the remote itself launch any player on SMART TV, and include the url of the stream from the camera there .. Although there are probably a lot of options, such as special programs for smart TV or something with a length and so on
