How to sell license keys through WooCommerce?

Good day!
Maybe my question is not new .. but I could not find a clear answer!

I have license keys of XXXX-XXXX-XXX format for one product and 1000 - 10000 keys for it in txt documents (each key is different and unique).

I need a plugin where I could enter (preferably through import from txt all these keys (as a base) and then with one kick indicate that these 10,000 keys belong to such a product.

When the buyer takes one unique key (buys), it should be deleted from the database after a successful payment and send the form to the soap (to the buyer)

Everything seems to be simple =)
But I don’t see such a plugin anywhere! even for free or for money =(
Most plugins will sell downloadable files or one multi-key that can be resold many times.
I do not need to create keys, but to sell which have already been created! and of which there are many pieces and each one is unique!

I will be glad for any advice or a link to the plugin!
