How to select only the outline of an object?

I want to automate white background removal. I choose Selection - Color range - white color

After which such a selected area is formed. Is it possible to somehow automatically remove small selections inside and leave only along the contour?


I would be grateful if you share ready-made actions to remove the white background.

Yes, you can, but you have to select it manually.
