How to select all polygons on one axis?
Good day!
The question arose, is it possible in 3ds max to somehow select all the polygons that are on the same level for some kind of isi !?
There is a large area where the polygons are in a couple of layers on top of each other, you need to select somehow all the polygons that are located along the same Z-axis coordinate (as in the screenshot)
(The side view does not help, since there are many where the polygons intersect, and the area is large and the distance small between these parts)

You can throw a modifier Vol. Select, scale the gizmo to be almost flat, and choose a polygon selection type.
