How to select all options + the option of the absence of a condition in a criterion in SUMIFS?

6202049566806659590599.png
D1 selects a list from column B .

End goal: by selecting a value from the drop-down list value D1 , see the result of the SUMIFS formula . At the same time, without changing the formula itself each time.

UPD:
In this option, the D1 drop-down list contains the values a1, a2, a3 and, respectively, and the result of the formula is shown only for the selected values.
How to show all options in the formula, i.e. and that option not to take into account "condition 1"?

So what's the question? Everything is written correctly.
I would only put $$ everywhere so that the formula does not go when spreading
