How to see what sites a user visits using only his workstation?

Good afternoon!
There was a one-time task - to find out which URLs one specific user goes to (private mode is used).
It's too lazy to raise UserGate or analogues because of this =)
Personal information, passwords, keylogs are not of interest, only addresses.
OS - Win 7 x64.
Is there any reliable, preferably free software that is installed on a workstation and silently collects history?
