How to see the state of the database (online/shutdown)?

There is a rather large list of databases (~ 100 things), I would like to see the state of each of the databases, is it possible to pull out this state? I can drop it and bring it online, but I want to see the current state in order to know whether I should drop it now or bring it online. I didn’t google anything on this issue, can anyone know?

In the simplest case, just connect to the database and periodically pull a simple query. For monitoring, you can also use ready-made tools like Zabbix.
