There is a setting for the max-station-count interface.
But, IMHO, it's better not to put more than 20 clients on one transmitter.

As far as I remember, real Mikrotik points will move with 40 clients, but 20-25 is optimal. If you wish, you can of course connect more, but many factors affect this, and the speeds will definitely be super low.
