How to see the FTP password of a user via SSH with root access?

Hello!

The license of Ispmanager 5 lite has expired, I don't want to buy it. everything is set up, but you need to upload the site files. There is a root password and access via SSH, but there is no password from the created user, because. forgot to write down.

How, with the available inputs, to see or change the user's password via ssh in order to gain access to FTP and upload files to the site directory?

Internet search didn't give me anything :(

For good, there are only hashes from passwords, so you have to change the password.
ftp user is in the output of the command: cat /etc/passwd?
If so, you can change the password with the command:
passwd пользователь
